We are about 2.5 hours drive from Jakarta via Purwakarta, or 1.5 hours from Bandung via Lembang, at elevation 700m in a beautiful part of the tea estates at the foot of Gunung Burangrang.

Road Directions From JAKARTA

  • Take the Cikampek Toll Road East
  • Take the BANDUNG toll turnoff at km 66
  • Take the JATILUHUR exit (Keluar 84) at km 83.4
  • Pay toll. Note: All kms below refer to distance from this toll gate.
  • Turn LEFT to PURWAKARTA
  • Km 2.3 Go STRAIGHT at intersection “WANAYASA 24”
  • Km 2.5 One Way against you. Go LEFT onto Jl Siliwangi
  • First RIGHT
  • Then RIGHT again, leaving the lake on your left
  • Km 3.4 Go LEFT, following the signs to WANAYASA / CIATER
  • Km 3.8 Railway level crossing. (BMWs & Jags – Take It Easy Over !)
  • Km 25.3 Wanayasa Lake on your left
  • Km 26.0 Turn LEFT at Wanayasa to SUBANG / CIATER
  • Km 32 Small bridge at the end of a long downhill run, soon after a big pesantren on your right
  • Km 33.2 Sign reads “Obyek Wisata Alam – Curug Cijalu”. Turn HARD RIGHT onto a small road. Nearly there!
  • Km 34.3 Shortly after taking a left fork then a small primary school on your left, turn LEFT into a small driveway between bush and tea, under a hoop of bougainvillea.

Road Directions From BANDUNG

  • From Bandung go to Lembang, about 16 km, and continue on towards Ciater.
  • At 9.2 km from Lembang you will pass the turnoff to Tangkubanperahu.
  • At 18.2 km from Lembang you pass Sari Ater Spa (Ciater) on your right.
  • At 24 km from Lembang you come to a T-junction at Jalancagak.
  • Turn LEFT at the Jalancagak T-junction towards Segalaherang and Wanayasa.
  • At 12.6 km from the Jalancagak T-junction turn LEFT onto a small road leading to “Obyek Wisata Alam – Curug Cijalu”. Nearly there!
  • At 1.1 km up this road, shortly after taking a left fork then passing a small primary school on your left, turn LEFT into a small driveway between bush and tea, under a hoop of bougainvillea.
